一、“小心翼翼”英语怎么说?
1. walk on eggshells字面意思“在蛋壳上行走”，
也就是“战战兢兢，如履薄冰，小心翼翼”，
表示因不愿让某人生气、
心烦或失望而小心谨慎行事。
英语解释为to act with great care and consideration，
so as not to upset someone。
walk on eggshells around sb. “在某人身边小心翼翼，
对待某人小心翼翼”
例
We've been married for 16 years,
and you still walk on eggshells around my father.
我们都结婚16年了，
你在我爸身边还是战战兢兢放不开。
Our new leader is very tough,
so we have to walk on eggshells around him.
我们的新领导很强硬，所以我们在他身边的小心谨慎。
2. on thin ice 如履薄冰，处于危险状态
I have to tell you that you are on thin ice in this company.
我必须告诉你，你现在在这个公司处境不妙。
I felt I was really on thin ice during the speech.
演讲中我感到非常心虚，没有把握。
3.with great care 小心翼翼地;
He took his time answering, knowing ,
that he must select his words with great care.
他意识到自己必须言辞谨慎，于是不慌不忙地回答着问题。
二、come out of one's shell是什么意思?
come out of one's shell字面意思“从壳里出来”，
其实真正的意思是表示：
“不再羞怯，愿意与人攀谈，
开始活跃起来，放开了一些”
英语解释为to be or become ，
less shy or reticent and more sociable,
outgoing, or enthusiastic。
bring sb. out of one's shell表示“使某人胆子大一些”
例
I think you need to come out of your shell.
我觉得你应该更放开一些。
He's really come out of his shell.
他不再那么拒人于千里之外了。
