不过人这一辈子不可能不麻烦别人，人与人之间的麻烦，不只是麻烦，还有温暖。

1. sorry to bother you
我们可以使用：
Sorry to bother you.
Sorry to disturb you.
hassle 麻烦
no hassle at all 一点不麻烦
Sorry for being such a hassle, but do you think you can pick me up from the airport tomorrow?很抱歉给您添麻烦了，明天你能去机场接我吗?
Sure no problem. It's no hassle at all.
好的，没问题。一点也不麻烦。
trouble someone 打扰某人、给某人添麻烦了
take up someone's time 占用某人时间
Sorry to trouble you. Could you double check my flight reservation?对不起，麻烦你了。你能再确认一下我预订的机票吗？
I need to reboot the system. You'll have to wait a few minutes before I can check. Sorry to take up so much of your time!
我需要重新启动系统。
你得等几分钟，我才能查到。抱歉占用你这么多时间！
2. don't bother
don't/didn't/won't bother “不用麻烦了，别费心了”
例
A: Should I give her a message?
要给她带个话吗？
B: No, don't bother.
不，不用麻烦了。
Don't bother.
I've wasted many an hour tilting at that particular windmill.
不用费心了，我已经浪费太多时间攻击这座顽固的风车了。
Don't even bother. You're not talking me out of this.

3. Why bother?
(1) Why bother? “干吗还要费心呢？”
(2) Why bother to do sth? “干吗还要费心做某事？”
例
Nothing you do makes any difference anyway,
so why bother?
不管你做什么都没有用，
干吗还要费心呢？
Why bother to buy tickets，
if you're not really interested?
如果你不是真的感兴趣，
干吗还要费事买票？
