三选一题型扎堆来，这倒也不出所料。

只是，年底是考验朋友的好时机么？

ETS是难题出尽（考了两场怎么“当官”），

发现自己缺朋友了么？

先问“怎么交朋友呢”（10月27日）

【立场：Having the same interests】

Introduction

People expect long-lasting friendships. [第一句话要快速切入命题的核心] When such a relationship is built, two individuals may be supportive when one of them is in trouble, have common interests, or have blind trust in each other. [注意长短句的搭配] In my case, most of my long-time friends share my interests. [表述不要过分直接，有点“言下之意”]

“三选一”行文逻辑（可能）结构一：被选项分别比较于两个弃选项形成body部分的两个段落

Body --- Paragraph 1: Factor 2 vs Factor 1, Factor 2 wins

A friendship is built on the premise that the two are each other’s long-term company. And it is only when the two share interests that they have the will to spend time together. [道理讲清楚后用例子诠释道理] For example, two of my dorm-mates during the college years have been friends for years because they both like watching animated movies. During the college years, they spent most of their spare time together pursuing the interest. Although the careers do them apart, they have been keeping in touch in a way, thanks to their shared interest. By contrast, although a hand given when the other are in need tests a friendship, it does not necessarily prolong the friendship. Usually, crises are rare cases. It is not unlikely that neither [“否定前移”，后面的动词处不否定] of the two friends is ever in a plight where the extra hand is needed. In addition, gratitude may be a solid foundation for a good relationship; it does not necessarily sustain a friendship, because the relationship can end as soon as the debt is paid.

If the two have the same interests, they may find a reasonable “excuse” to restore/resume the friendship when it is at the verge of breakdown.

Blind trust is possible only when the two individuals are deemed trustworthy. However, the perception may lie / may not speak the truth / may be deceptive. Once the lie is spotted as this may happen any time, the two people split up.

Introduction

Friends are necessary if a person wants to live a full personal life. [第一句话要快速切入命题的核心] Friends are met probably in a sport team, during volunteering in the community or during a journey. Most friends of mine are my peers in the volunteering crew that I am part of. [表述不要过分直接，有点“言下之意”]

“三选一”行文逻辑（可能）结构二：用一个段落好好夸赞被选项，再用另一个或者两个段落好好数落两个弃选项

Body – Paragraph 1: Way 2

First, many charitable activities are arranged on a regular basis. The regular meetings are critical for a friendship to start, because they enable any two individuals to know each other through time. Meanwhile, two individuals who engage in the same task are highly likely to have something in common and the same pursuit, which is the base of a friendship. [无聊的理由，话少一点] The third and probably most important reason is that volunteers, people who do unpaid jobs, have admirable characters. Since volunteering is a noble act, people who do the job at the expense of personal time are worth making friends. For example, many of my volunteer friends hold the values, shared by me, that it is their privilege to be able to help those in need. It is my pleasure to be part of them.

Introduction

Successful governance of a country is partly indicated by the country’s prosperity. To assure its people a prosperous country, the country’s administration could reduce the size of unemployed population, develop agriculture and cut food price, or provide more affordable housing. If I were the leader, I would opt for the first practice.

Body – Paragraph 1: Option 2 vs Option 1, Option 1 wins

First, 【先就选项2让步：】 it is reasonable to think that a nation should be properly fed before it has greater economic prosperity. Hardly does a nation have the energy to produce anything if it is starved. Therefore, it would work if the country’s government boosts the agricultural yield and ensures the prices of food are not at prohibitive levels. 【话锋一转批一批：】 However, as cheap as the foodstuff can be, it cannot be free. In other words, the low prices are unlikely to make a difference 【然后可以好好扒一扒选项1：】 for the jobless population, who may not have any incomes. Creating jobs, therefore, is more critical. As long as people are employed, they have the money to buy food. They may also have greater purchasing power to demand other product, and the greater are the demands, the more flourishing is the country’s economy.
