“说说而已”的英语怎么讲的？

1. 说说而已”英语怎么说？
某人就是说说而已
如果是I'm just saying，可以省略为just saying
【解释】
used when saying something negative or something that ，
other people might not like or might find unusual,
without trying to defend or give reasons for what you say
【例句】
I'm just saying I think it could have been done a little more carefully, that's all.
我觉得这件事本来可以做得更仔细一点儿的，我就说说，仅此而已。
If you don't like it,
why did you buy it? Just saying.
如果你不喜欢，
为什么那个时候买了呢？
我就是说说而已。
I think it might be for the best ，
if you don't go. Just saying.
我觉得如果你不去是最好的。我就说说。
2. it says a lot/very little for sb / sth
说明某人（或某事物）很好（或不怎么样等）
【解释】
( informal ) it shows a good / bad quality that sb / sth has
【例句】
It says a lot for her that she never lost her temper.
她从没发过脾气，这说明她很有涵养。
It didn’t say much for their efficiency that，
the order arrived a week late.
订货晚到了一个星期，

I think that says a lot about how well Tom is playing.

3. say one’s piece是什么意思？
说出心里话；说出某人的想法
【解释】
"Say your piece" refers to stating your opinion,
or your "piece" or "part" of the conversation.
【例句】
Can you stop talking for five minutes so that I can say my piece?
你能停个五分钟让我说完我的观点吗?
I went to see the boss this morning and I said my piece about our working conditions.
He wasn't very happy about it.
今天早上我去见老板，
