烤鸭想必都是知道锦上添花，原指在有彩色花纹的丝织品上再绣上花朵。比喻美上加美，喜上加喜。那么今天的口语学习来了，“锦上添花”用英语怎么说？
1. “锦上添花”英文怎么说？
我们可以使用：the icing on the cake
“蛋糕上的糖衣”
表示“锦上添花，好上加好”，
指使己经很好的事物变得更好的事物。
英语解释为something that makes a good thing even better,
but it is not essential。
icing指蛋糕上的“糖霜，糖衣”
举个例子：
Having all of you here for my birthday has really been wonderful. This gift is icing on the cake.
你们来这儿为我过生日已经很好了，这个礼物简直是锦上添花啊。
For her, a boyfriend is the icing on the cake.
对于她来说，恋情是锦上添花的事情。
Happy Father's Day to me.

2.a piece of cake
a piece of cake“一块蛋糕”主要用引申义“很容易做到的事，
小菜一碟”，
英语解释为to be very easy。
例
I'm glad to help. It was a piece of cake.
很高兴能帮上忙，这很容易。
Believe me, with your dance background,
it'll be a piece of cake.
相信我，以你的舞蹈背景，
这是小菜一碟。
3. sell like hot cakes
sell like hot cakes表示“非常抢手，非常畅销”
英语解释为if things are selling like hot cakes,
they are very popular and a lot of people are buying them very quickly。
例
Her latest record is selling like hot cakes.
她的最新唱片非常畅销。
The electrical goods are selling like hot cakes.
这种电子产品很抢手。
