首页 睡觉“落枕”的情况太常见了，有的时候是因为睡觉时枕头不合适，晨起后感到背部明显酸痛，颈部活动受限，它与枕头及睡眠姿势有着密切的关系。
英语中用stiff neck来表达落枕，stiff [stɪf]僵硬的
例：
I woke with a stiff neck ，so bad I can't move.
我一醒来就落枕了，太糟了，
脖子都不能动.
